Wendy Radunz is the Chief Executive Officer of Cirdan Health Systems and Consulting, an HMA Company. She is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She has more than 25 years of experience in health insurance. She has expertise in Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage product development, financial forecasting and strategic management of Medicare portfolios. She has also worked in an audit role for CMS on Medicare Advantage products and has worked for state Medicaid agencies on the development of managed Medicaid rates. Wendy also has experience pricing, underwriting and managing health and life reinsurance products.

Prior to joining Cirdan, Wendy was the Vice President of Actuarial Services for ClearStone Solutions; an affiliate company of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. She has also had positions as a Consultant with Mercer Health and Benefits, and as an Actuary with Allianz Life Insurance of North America.

Wendy earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
