Thomas Williams is a consultant at Leavitt Partners where he specializes in intelligence regarding health care system innovation and the market’s transition to value. Thomas is responsible for providing strategic intelligence to clients through market research, analysis, modeling, and interviews with health care professionals. His recent focuses include healthcare strategy, system innovation, product design, and value-based-payment.

Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Thomas gained experience in both private and public healthcare systems, performing administrative and strategic work with the Utah State Department of Health, a regional network of community health centers, and multiple community benefit and nonprofit organizations.

Thomas graduated at the top of his class with a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University Provo and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Brigham Young University Idaho.
