Noah Evans is an industrious early-career professional with demonstrated success applying systems thinking and project management skills to deliver measurable results. He has experience supporting strategic initiatives, managing teams on complex, multi-deliverable projects, and facilitating advisory groups.

With Health Management Associates (HMA), Noah has leveraged his research and qualitative analysis experience to contribute to a range of client projects. He has supported multiple statewide behavioral health strategic plan implementation projects, co-facilitated in person strategic planning and policy advisory groups, conducted interviews and surveys, and synthesized findings and recommendations. He has also contributed to program assessments and market research on client products, assisting clients in data-driven decision making.

Before joining HMA, Noah worked in the film industry. Most recently, Noah was a consulting producer on Sinaloa’s First Lady television series. He developed the concept for the series, conducted research on its subject matter, led interviews in New York City and Mexico, and co-wrote treatment with a creative collaborator. Assisting with the project’s acquisition by Paramount, Noah negotiated the life rights agreement purchase, facilitating negotiations with the producers and mediating between the buying team and the celebrity whose life the project drew from.

Noah also advanced his research skills conducting market research to develop effective commercial content for clients with 17 Projects Video Agency and as a freelance producer. His projects provided effective communications tailored to targeted audiences, and his films received 15 awards at film festivals around the world. Noah gained experience in leading large teams, organizing events, social media marketing, facilitating cross-collaboration, budgeting, scheduling, and production.

Noah earned his bachelor’s degree in English and comparative literature from Columbia University.
