Lis Diaz Okhravi is an HMA proposal manager and brings her experience in health policy, health economics, program analysis and evaluation to the firm.
She worked as a health policy intern with the Children’s Defense Fund where she was involved in developing tool kits for partners and researching child-focused initiatives, a graduate research assistant at NYU collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and an administrative assistant with Gilda’s Club where she provided office support.
Lis also worked in development for the Child Guidance Center helping expand and promote agency sustainability, identify and secure funding sources, and she led community outreach efforts to promote the agency’s mission.
She has a Master of Public Health in health policy and management from New York University College of Global Public Health and as a bachelor’s degree from the University of California-Riverside.
Lis speaks Spanish and aims to learn something new each day.
