Jeff Wink is an astute financial and operational executive with more than 15 years of experience working with digital solution providers, healthcare, and information technology growth driven businesses. His expertise includes all facets of executive leadership, operations management, financial stewardship, change management and strategic planning.
Before joining Health Management Associates, Jeff was chief financial officer (CFO) for Bounteous, Inc., formerly HS2 Solutions, Inc., a digital experience consultancy that co-innovates with ambitious brands in the health, finance, consumer and dining industries. Jeff provided leadership and direction for all operational and financial aspects, including overseeing several buy side and sell side acquisitions that saw the company valuation drastically increase. He was personally responsible for growing the finance and operations team from one to over 100 individuals, helped grow the company from headcount more than tenfold in a six-year period, and expanded the workforce base from national to international.
During this time, Jeff demonstrated impressive operations management and strategic process improvement to ensure integrations proceeded as smoothly as possible. He implemented the first systems of scale at the company and helped lead the selection and replacement of key management systems. He also cross-collaborated with leadership teams to completely rebrand the company.
Further establishing his management expertise during times of growth, Jeff served as CFO, chief operations officer, board of directors’ member and vice president of operations and finance for RSAM Medical, which later became Xerox Care Integration Services. He maintained responsibility for all operational, financial and accounting processes, policies, organization and execution, including coordinating the first company financial statement audit and overseeing the negotiation and execution of the first multi-million-dollar contracts. He went on to direct the successful integration of the company into a Fortune 500 company in eight months and led a conversion of all systems and processes in six months.
Over a five-year period, Jeff played an instrumental role in growing revenue over three times. Upon promotion to chief operations officer, Jeff helped grow revenues another nearly two times and increased net income by over 600 percent when comparing his first calendar year in this role to the calendar year two years prior.
Jeff earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Central College. He has an inactive certified public accountant license.
