With a background in business and project management and hands-on experience with managed care organizations, Nicole McMahon offers a well-rounded perspective regarding managed care operational processes.
Nicole is a former senior project manager for a non-for-profit managed care health plan in Indiana. In that role, she managed new business development and performance as well as corporate procurements and bids and directed organization-wide implementation of new programs.
In her eight years at the managed care organization, she held various roles in departments ranging from Member Services to Administration. She successfully led the managed care organization in winning two RFP responses in 2014 and worked alongside each of the departments to implement the awarded contracts.
Nicole earned her Certified Health Care Manager certificate from Indiana University in December of 2012 and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in October of 2012. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and human resources management.
Nicole enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and husband, traveling to the beach and collecting Disney memorabilia.
