Achieving and Sustaining Success in the Health Insurance Marketplaces: Considerations for States and Managed Care Organizations

The successful operation of the health insurance marketplaces created by the Affordable Care Act remains a key federal and state policy priority and an important business opportunity for managed care organizations (MCOs).
